If you are travelling abroad you may need to be vaccinated. We offer most travel vaccines including yellow fever.
Initially, we will ask you to complete and submit our online travel health form. This is free of charge.
It is important that this is completed as soon as possible before you travel to ensure we can provide the correct vaccines and they have chance to be effective.
Once your form has been received, we will contact you within 3 working days to arrange a face to face appointment to receive the vaccinations.
Your second appointment should be at least two weeks before you travel to allow the vaccines to work.
You must be able to attend our practice in Barnsley in person to access this service
